Touch Screen Control System

Schneider touch screen provides easy set up and convenient operation, which also serves as the fault monitor.

Book Block Feeding Station

Safety switch is installed to ensure safe book block in-feeding operation.

Opening width of book clamps is adjusted by ruler.

Milling Station

Opening width of milling pressure plates is adjusted by position indicator.

Function: milling and notching, brushing.

Milling depth: 0~3mm.

There is a safety plate on the milling cutter.

Gluing Station

Opening width of side gluing rollers is adjusted by position indicator.

Dual spine gluing application rollers and a glue evening roller ensure top binding quality. Spine glue length and thickness are regulated by spanner.

Cover Feeding Station

Opening width of cover scoring wheels is adjusted by position indicator. Miss-cover and double-cover feeding can be accurately detected.

Nipping Station

The cam and the nipping plates are made with high quality imported alloys with precision machining.

Opening width of nipping plates and side gauges is adjusted by position indicator.
